本店征求网代/代销/批发合作：-

1) 网 代/代销  - 抵押金 RM 100，汇了抵押金后，我们会开启 你的代销户口，你就可以看见代销价格。限制每个月至少 RM 100 的订单 （可以综合几个订单）。保持3个月的销售业绩， 3个月后，RM 100抵押金可以做扣除订单用途。

2）批 发           -抵押金 RM500， 汇了抵押金后，我们会开 启你的代销户口，你就可以看见批发价格。制每个月至 少 RM 2，000 的订单（单一订单）。保持3个月的销售业绩， 3个月后，RM 500抵押金可以做扣除订单用途。

3）量多批发   - 一次性拿单件物 品超过50件， 可以另外接洽客服人员，以获特别批发价。

Online Seller/ Wholeseller/ Re-Seller are welcomed:_

   1) Online Seller/Re-seller - Deposit RM 100. After bank in, we will change your account to Re-seller account, so you can see the re-seller price. Minimum RM 100 order per month(can mix order), maintain for three months. After 3 months, can use the RM 100 deposit to contrast for future order.

  2）wholesale  seller              - Deposit RM 500. After bank in, we wil change your account to wholeseller account, so you can see the wholesaleseller price. Minimum RM 2,000 per month, in one order. Maintain for 3 months. After 3 months, can use the RM 500 deposit to contrast for future order.

   3）buy in Bulk/ big quantity - order a single design above 50pcs, please contact our custmer service for special rate.

（1）本店的商品是部分现货，部分预购。

1.1) 现货区的 是现货商品， 一般付款后 2-4 工作日就可以收到，视收货人地址而定。一般现货的商品，在网站的货号前，会注明“现货”两个字。 由于本店的出货量很大，也很快， 所以现货随时有缺货的可能。 不想买不到现货的顾客， 可以在下订单前联络客服， 以确定最新的货存量。 也请各位顾客在下了订单后，尽快汇款 （两天内）， 因为我们不保留任何商品 / 货存给未付款订单，现货订单一律先付先得（出货）， 所以越迟汇款， 越有缺货的可能性。

1.2) 预购区的是预购品， 一般在每批预购都会有一个预购开始的 日期与截止日期， 我们会详细的在网站里注明（可以查询首页或 NOTICE) 。 一般预购 4- 8个星期不定， 一般在每批的截止日期后顾客可以在3-4 星期里收到商品（零售顾客）. 只是大概,如果没有特别事故如海关问题,运输问题等等.如有任何特别事故导致的问题(很少可能性) ,我们会另外通知备货时间。 基于我们为了提供最便宜的价格给大家， 所以都选用最廉价的运输方式把商品从国外运输进来， 所以所需时间会比较长。 无法或不能等， 不愿意等， 或等等原因的买家， 请止步。 预购品也有临时或随时缺货断货的可能， 顾客可以选择同等价格的商品来取代， 或替换不同颜色设计的商品， 或要求退款。 对于每一批的预购， 我们承诺会尽我们的所能在最短的时间内，把商品一一寄出。

1.3) 恳请各位把现货和预购品分开订单， 这样你可以比较快拿到你订购的现货，也方便我们工作。 此外， 也请各位把美容品分开下订单， 因为易打碎的美容品不宜与包包衣服一起邮寄。 安全起见， 也避免不愉快的事情发生， 希望大家可以明白合作。

(1) Products in the website, are partially Ready Stock, partially Pre-order item

We stated clearly wheather the product is Ready Stock or Pre-order, please double check before you ask.

1.1)  Ready Stock : buyer can receive the item withink 2-4 working days once the full payment had been done (depends on delivery location).Normally all the ready sock in our website will labeled by "现货" in front of the product code. Due to our stock is moving fast, so some of the ready stock item may running out of stock anytime. Please check the latest stock availability with our customer service before you place the order, and try to bank in the payment to us asap(withink 2 days), to avoid the stock sold out. For your info, we do not reserve any goods. For ready stock order, we will check out the goods for whoever paid first.

1.2)  Pre-order : We will set a closing date for every batch pre-order, the details for this buyer can check it from our website main page or contact us. Pre-order items takes 4-8 weeks for delivery(just estimation). Normally buyer will get the items between 3-4 weeks after the closing date(for retail customer),if no any unexpected problem like Custom issue or shipping problem. If any unexpected problem accur (very seldom), we will advice on the latest updated delivery date to buyer.  We try our best to offer the cheapest price to all our buyer, so we choose to use the cheapest delivery method to import all the goods from overseas, so the delivery time will be a bit longer. For those who cant wait, unwilling to wait or do not wish to wait, please dont place order. Pre-order might running out of stock as well, buyer can replace with other color, or other product or get a refund, please liase with our customer service on this issue. We will try our very best to send out the goods to all the buyers once the shipment reached.

1.3) Please seperate the Ready Stock Order and Pre-order Stock order, by doing this you can get your goods asap and it helps us to complete our work faster and easier. Please seperate the order for Beauty Products and Clothes / Bags, as fragile item is not suitable to pack with other items. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

（2）交易条规

2.1)  本店最低的交易额为 RM 20.00 (不包邮费） ， 低于此交易额的订单一律不被处理。

2.2)  本店的所有商品价格一律定价， 不得议价。 我们不接受任何议价， 能优惠的我们会自动优惠给大家。 量多的，请查询我们的优惠政策。

2.3)  某些对网购没有信心的朋友，或怀疑汇款后我们不会把商品寄出的朋友， 请止步， 我们实在没有时间精力回复这些无聊的问题。我们是秉持着诚信为宗旨的网店， 是一家合法的注册公司， 经营已三年多。

2.4)  恳请所有顾客再三检查你们的全名， 电话， 邮寄地址，还有订单详情。所 有在本店网购的顾客，请接电话，我们一概不负责任何因无法联络你，而造成的错误和损失。 本店一概不负任何无关本店问题的过错。 需要写上颜色， SIZE 或等等注明的商品， 请顾客自己记得注明， 不然一切随机送货。 本店一概不负责。

(2) Terms

2.1) The minimum amount per transaction is RM 20.00(excluded delivery), any order below RM 20.00 will not be accept.

2.2)  all item are Fix Price, no further negotiation on pricing for any products. For the item we can offer further discount, we will indicate, please do not ask. For those who buy in big bulk( at least 50 pcs above), please read our discount page or contact our customer service.

2.3)  For those who have no confident with online purchase, please do not buy, as we have no time to reply all this question. Sincerelity is our main concern in business, and we are a legal company registered under SSM, in business around three years.

2.4)  Buyer please double check the delivery details (name, tel, delivery address and order details). All the customer that had placed your order with us, please receive phone call, as we do not responsible for any mistake,delay or problem due to unable to contact you. We do not responsible for any mistakes that is not done by us. For whichever product that needs to indicate the color, size or other notes, please indicate it when you place the order, else we will just deliver whichever, and we do not responsible on that.

（3）商品品质 / 效果

3.1)  本店售卖的美容品一律是 100% 正品， 所以恳请各位不要拿我们的价格跟卖翻版货的无良商家比较。 此外，本店的美容品多数是使用 100% 自然原料制成。， 基于本店商品太多我们不能一一试用， 所以各位请在购买前考虑清楚所有。

3.2)  美容品的效果因人而异， 所以我们不给于任何保证。 A可能用一个星期见效， B可能用一个月， C可能无效。 所以这些都是很个人的。 此外，使用任何产品后如果发现任何不适或过敏，请立刻停止使用， 因为我们不懂每个人对什么会过敏等等。

3.3)  本店的商品的照片大多都是厂家提供的， 一 切以实物为最后准则。 部分是实物照的， 我们会详细注明(照片里会注明 “实物拍摄”这几个字）。 所以恳请各位在购买前， 考虑清楚所有个人问题。 因为每架电脑的荧幕光度有异， 所以我们一概不处理这些退款要求或问题。颜色的衡量尺寸，一切以我们的衡量尺寸为准则。例如，顾客A可能认为是浅黄，顾客 B认为是浅褐，我们在网站注明是杏色，就以杏色为此商品的颜色准则。

3.4) 本店售卖的商品是同等品质中价格最便宜的了， 本店坚持 “同 等价格，比质量！ 同等质量，比价格！” 所以一些吹毛求疵的顾客， 或习惯高档名牌的顾客， 请在购买前好好考量。 不要拿我们的商品与几千块的顶级名牌比较。

(3) Product Quality / Results
3.1)  We only sell 100%  original and genuine Beauty Products in our website. So please do not compare our product price with all those low quality immitation piece. Besides, most of our beauty products is made by 100% natural ingredience. Due to we have too many different item in our website, so we cant try  each one ourselves. Please consider everything before you decide to purchase.

3.2) Due to beauty product will have different effect to different people, so we DO NOT guarantee any effect on that. As A might use it for one week, can see the result, Bmight need one month, C might not see the result.  Besides, if you feel not comfortable or un-easy after apply the beauty product, please stop using it, as we DO NOT know each person will alergic which which type of product.

3.3) Most of the photos in our website is provided by th emanufacturer, the original product is the correct label. Some photos is based on the original products, we will indicate clearly in the description. Please consider deeply before you purchase, as every computer screen might be different. We do not entertaint any refund request due to this issue. All the color are base on our website color scheme. For example, customer A say product Z is light yellow color, customer B say product Z is brownish color, we stated in our website is Khakis color, so Khakis color will be our color measurement.

3.4) We are offering the cheapest price compare to same quality products, as our slogan is  " Same Price, Compare the Quality! Same Quality, Compare the Price!" For those who get use with high quality or luxury brand products, please re-consider before you place the order. Please do not compare our products with few thousand kind of branded goods.

（4）缺货 / 退货/ 退款

4.1)本店的任何商品均有随时缺货，断货，不再生 产的可能，恳请各位零售顾客了解这点。麻 烦不能接受的顾客请止步，我们没有时间应酬接到缺货通知的顾客们的种种无理取闹，例 “我下了订单，就马上付款了” （这跟缺货没有任何相连关系）， “我很早已经下订单了” （每批预购我们是根据截止日期为准则，早些下订单只能确保你可以比其他预购者早些收货），等等问题。

4.2) 一般缺货问题也可能基于您在下订单时此款还有货源，可是在预购的截止日期后，此款已经不再生产了。一般这样的问题会发生在换季，或我们的厂家有举行一些旧 款清货。

4.3) 顾客可以要求替换同等价格的商品， 换款式颜色， 或退款。

4.4)  本店在出货前， 经过至少3 个人的确认和检查， 所以营业至今出货的准确性高达 99.99%。 所以我们一概不接 受任何退货的理由，除非是特别事故。 种种个人因素的理由 （如颜色不美， 不适合等等），我们一概不给于理会。

4.5)  一些不影响产品操作的瑕疵或小问题， 希望大家可以见谅。 我们不是故意要把这些商品寄给你们。只是成千上万种产品， 恕我们实在无法一一避免。 例如一些美容产品， 我们也实在无法一一打开检查， 不然顾客又说我们卖开过的商品。 而衣服包包，我们的工作人员会在寄货包货前再三检查，怒我们不帮忙处理线头，小肮脏的问题（大量产货，无法避免）。我们会再三肯定把完整的商品寄给大家。 至于一些车工问题，瑕疵或小肮脏的问题，所以希望大家可以明白和见谅，并在下订单前再三考量。

4.6) 如果你在签收包裹后发现商品有严重的损 坏， 请第一时间立刻马上联络我们。 我们不接受任何别人帮我签收包裹，我不在等等理由。 如果你没有在第一 时间（10小时内）打电话联络我们， 我们将不处理任何退款或更换商品的要求。 近日无良的买家越来越多， 很多都是敲诈欺骗的， 所以我们不得不提防。 希望大家可以谅解我们的难处。

4.7) 由于我们一般只提供货源给量多的买家／卖家，　所以一般顾客本身必须为货量问题冒险。所有的买家／卖家都是自行负责他们的顾客提出的退货问题，我们一概不 负责。因为产品和货源流动量太快，所以我们一般不接受退货要求。所有货源经过审查，所以货物寄出，怒不退还。　零售的买卖只是近期为我们的长期忠实顾客而 设，基于我们也照着批发的价格零售，所以务请各位不要要求太多，怒我们不处理退货要求。

4.8)  一般我们会把退款 （缺货的）以银行汇款的方式汇款给顾客（顾客需 email我们你们的银行资料，联络电话，订单号码和退款要求）， 所有一般退款都会在1-2 星期内处理。 由于我们人手有限， 希望大家见谅。 我们不能每天去银行把汇款一一退回，基本上我们一两个星期才会去银行一次。

4.9) 要求我们以网上汇款的方式退款的顾客， 任何手续费将由买家承担。 我们会直接在退款里扣除。

(4) Out Of Stock/ Stock Return/ Refund。

4.1)  Any product in our website may running out of stock,temporary no stock or discontinued anytime.  All customer please take notes on this. Anyone who cannot accept this, please do not do your shopping with us. We have no time to entertain non-sense customer for this issue. For example, "I paid once I placed the order" (This is not related to no stock issue at all), "  I place the order very early for this batch" (Actually we are working base on every batch pre-order closing date, you place the order earlier only means that you can get the stock ealier than others, all this type of issue will not be entertain.

4.2)  Some no stock issue might due to when the time you place your order, the item still available. But after the pre-order closing date, this particular design are no longer being produce by our factory. This type of issue normally will happend during seasonsexchange period, or when our factory are doing some old stock clearance.

4.3) Buyer can exchange with other color, design, other products or get a refund.

4.4)  All parcel are checked by at least 3 workers before the delivery, so our accuratecy is as high as 99.99%.  All sales are final, we do not accept any return or refund request, unless very special case.  Any cases due to personal issue(color not nice, design not suit), we will not entertaint at all.

4.5) Some minor imperfection which is not effect the operation of the goods, hope buyers can be understanding. We have about thousand of products, so we really unable to open up all the products and check one by one. For some beauty products, if we open it up, some customer will claim that we sending out the used goods.But we will double confirm all our bags and clothes are in proper condition before we pack and send out the goods. We sorry to inform that we do not helps to settle minor problem like some dirt or etc, but we promised to send out proper goods to buyer. For those who cant accept all the sales is final, please do not place order.  Please be understanding about our difficulties.

4.6) When you received the parcel, if the goods is damage, please contact us immediately. We do not accept " others help me to receive the parcel", " i'm not in" all this excuses. If you do not CALL us immediately(within 10 hours), we will not consider any goods exchange or refund request. As recently there is  a lot of unsincere buyer, so we have to be extra cautious to protect ourselves.

4.7) Due to normally we only sell our products to big bulk buyer/seller, so everything is on buyer/customer own risk. All the buyer/seller have to bear the responsibility to handle and deal with their customer regarding any refund or return issue, as we will not responsible on that. Our stock is too many and moving fast, so we really unable to handle all these problem. All our products are checked few times before we arrange for delivery, so once the item sold or sent the sales is final, no return. Recently we only open our products to retailer (actually this is a way to show our appreciation to our long term and old customer). Due to we also offer the same price to retailer as other big bulk buyer/seller, so please be understanding. If your expectaion is very high, please do not place your order, as our sales are all final.

4.8)  For those who ask for a refund,please email your bank details, contact no,order no and refund enquiry to us. Normally we will return the refund through bank counter bank in. As we only go to bank once a week, or once every 2 weeks, so please be patient.

4.9) For those who want the refund to be done through online banking, we will deduct the fees directly from the amount, if any.(without any prior notice)

（5）汇款

5.1)  所有顾客请在完成订单后，尽快（在下订 单后的两天内）汇款给我们。 汇款后， 麻烦大家第一时间联络我们， 告诉我们你的全名，还有汇款总数。 汇款后3 天内没有联络我们者其汇款一律被充公。 近来网上骗子越来越多， 所以我们不得不防备。

5.2)  本店 鼓励顾客使用银行柜台或网上汇款。 因使用 ATM 汇款而导致的多余款项， 本店一律会直接帮顾客存入本店的会员资金管理户口。

(5) Bank In

5.1)  Buyer please bank in the total amount to us(within 2 days) once you complete the order. Once you bank in, please let us know your bank in detail immediately, so we can double check and confirm with you. Please tell us your full name,and the total bank in amount. If buyer do not inform us about the bank in details within 3 days after he bank in, we will forfeit the amount immediately. As recently a lot of spam cases, so we have to do so.

5.2)  We encourange all our buyer to use online banking system or through bank counter bank in. Any outstanding balance due to using ATM banking, we will transfer the balance to your personal account in our website directly.

（6）运费 / 邮寄费用(Delivery  Charges)

6.1) 一般我们都会以 SKYNET 快递把包裹寄出， 除非是特别地区。

6.2)  由于网站的邮费系统的不完善， 所以我们的客 服人员会一一的把多余的邮费一一扣除， 所以请各位放心。 本店的邮费计算如下：

6.2) Due to oour website system imperfection, our customer service people will deduct the extra shipping and delivery cost manually once you complete your order. Our delivery charges as below:-

(8) Notes

8.1)  We reserved the rights to add, cancel or edit ant terms and conditions, as do not need any prior notice to whichever party. We reserve the final rights in under any conditions. Chinese version of terms will be the final reference.
